Marisa and Mike were married a couple weeks ago on a hot and beautiful Saturday afternoon! Their special day was low key, very personal and focused on the love they have for each other and their kids. They have been together for 7 years and are still as much in love now as the day they met! I know they will have many more years full of fun and laughter together.
How cute are two boys and their mohawks? I loved them..they even had the University of Michigan's M shaved on the side of their hair!
As part of their ceremony all there kids poured white sand into a glass container. Marisa poured red and Mike poured black and they sealed it to symbolize the unity of their family. I loved the idea and it is a keepsake they will have forever.
Again...mohawks and tiaria's. How adorable.
We took their engagement pictures at a local train depot and headed back the day of their wedding to re-enact some of the photos.

This is a perfect example of the love and laughter they share. Who says cutting the cake has to be all sweet and sappy....let's have some fun with it!
I has some extra help jump on board later in the evening. Little photogs in the making. Luckily most of the film was gone, so I think I only showed up in a couple of the pictures.
